Are you ready to take on an exciting leadership role within our dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) team at EQS Group? We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join us as a Team Lead in our Barcelona hub. In this role, you will be responsible for training and developing our SDRs and driving regional sales campaigns in alignment with our global strategy. Our company is headquartered in Munich and has a strong presence in German-speaking markets, as well as the rest of the EU and the US. YOUR IMPACT

  • Lead global SDRs in our German-speaking and international markets (approximately 10) within a matrix setup alongside Country Leads and two VPs Global Sales.
  • Focus on Compliance business with the primary KPI being SQL and Opportunity generation for our core products Whistleblowing/Integrity Line and Compliance COCKPIT.
  • Take ownership of global SDR recruiting, onboarding/training, alignment of activities, and performance measurement.
  • Drive regional and topic-based campaigns in coordination with Country Leads and Sales VPs.
  • Report directly to EQS Group Management (Chief Revenue Officer).

THIS IS YOU

  • You have experience as a Senior SDR and have worked in a leadership role for over a year, ideally in the SaaS and/or compliance sector.
  • You have a strong sales background, especially in Europe.
  • You are fluent in both English and German (additional European languages are a plus).
  • You are an absolute team player with international experience, have great communication skills, and are able to inspire, motivate, and guide a team of SDRs towards achieving sales targets and goals.
