What you’ll do

We are seeking an exceptional Talent Scout/Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this transversal and strategic role, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and attracting top tech, product and AI talent to support Doctolib's ambitious growth plans. As the first point of contact for potential candidates, you will represent our employer brand and values throughout the recruitment process.

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for current and/or future hiring needs
  • Build sourcing strategies for AI talent by mapping the AI ecosystem, engaging with academic institutions, participating in AI conferences, and creating compelling narratives around Doctolib's AI opportunities and impact
  • Champion diversity sourcing by implementing targeted strategies to attract candidates from underrepresented groups, leveraging specialized networks, events, and inclusive communication approaches
  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach
  • Analyze sourcing metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to understand role requirements and target candidate profiles
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging talent communities 
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of talent and nurture long-term relationships with potential candidates

  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent sourcing, preferably in the tech or healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and candidate engagement strategies
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft personalized outreach messages and engage with top tech and product talents
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work collaboratively`
  • Experience with diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive candidate engagement
  • Understanding of the AI talent landscape and experience sourcing for AI/ML roles and experience with AI communities, forums, and events
  • Fluency in English (French and German are a plus)Bullet point
