About The Team:

What You Will Be Doing:

• Managing a team of Technical Auditors and ensuring that KPIs are met in full and on time
• Ensure completion of site audits including but not limited to GMP, quality compliance, ice process, yard audits, foreign body etc by Coordinators and Auditors
• Raising of quality and safety issues following the ICS process and ensuring correct communication to key stakeholders 
• Lead on investigations and provide solutions to customer complaints to root cause correct
• Leading on independent project/tasks to ensure site is compliant to food safety and quality standards, and ad hoc projects as the business requires

Who You Are:

• Holder of HACCP and Food Safety Level 3
• Proven experience in a similar compliance role within the food industry
• Previous experience working with Quality Management Systems 
• Experience completing audits and using corrective action to rectify the non-conformances raised

Location: The Granary, Unit 3, Chalker Way, Banbury, OX16 4XD

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
