What You’ll Be Doing?

  • Drive transformation within Product & Engineering, ensuring our processes, practices, and culture are top-tier. You'll be the wind beneath our wings!
  • Help our teams focus on the monumental problems by simplifying approaches and removing roadblocks.
  • Track metrics that align with business outcomes and provide invaluable insights to our teams. Numbers are your playground!
  • Create and maintain awesome dashboards in Jira and Confluence that keep us on track and hitting our targets.
  • Lead and manage a variety of ad hoc projects across the business, with increasing complexity over time. You'll be the go-to person for getting things done!
  • Imbed and hand off changes to product management, engineering, and operations teams, ensuring seamless transitions and lasting impact.

Are you the right match?

  • Degree educated or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to translate complex analysis findings into a clear narrative and actionable insights
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, with a focus on quality – will be responsible for delivery of final documents and presentations to senior management
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Leadership and influencing style that is inclusive, clear, calm and persuasive at all levels in an internationally diverse company

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in software industry
  • Business acumen, including financial literacy, business models, planning, change and project management skills, goal-setting and organizational design
  • Expertise with Agile and Scrum development practices
  • Experience in fast moving start ups / scale ups
  • Familiarity with Quicksight, Jira, Confluence, Gitlab and other tools
  • Technical aptitude to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies
