The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Technical Writer, with a strong technical background to join our Documentation team.

Our modern commerce platform is cloud-based, API-first, and packed with incredible features used by global clients with highly customized technical architectures.  As part of our team, you'll help make our technology easy to understand, crafting tailored reference documentation, tutorials, and guides enabling our customers to build fast and robust solutions.

 

Your Mission:

  • Conceptualize, structure, and craft clear and concise technical documentation, such as API reference docs and developer guides.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments across the organization to craft new and improved content driven by user needs and real-world use cases.
  • Enable product managers, engineers, and designers to contribute to all aspects of our documentation, from tutorials to API references.
  • Collaborate with your team of Technical Writers to review and refine content, enhance workflows, and maintain the high quality of our documentation.
  • Support the product and enablement functions to ensure the timely delivery of release notes, updates, and other product-related technical information.

What you need to succeed:

  • Demonstrated experience writing technical, developer-focused documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with frontend technologies, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
  • The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and simple content for diverse audiences.
  • Attention to detail and precision.
  • You’re proactive in collaborating and communicating with team members across the company.
  • You're enthusiastic about diving deep into new technologies and continuously enhancing your understanding of our platform.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
