Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful temporary analyst to join the Private Wealth team and assist with managing duplicate issues in Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have the ability to use online resources to identify accurate data and will be proficient in using Salesforce to merge records. This is a temporary position designed to support our data integrity efforts and ensure our Salesforce database is accurate and up-to-date.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Identify and resolve duplicate records in Salesforce by using web resources to verify and correct data
  • Merge duplicate records in Salesforce while ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business needs
  • Maintain detailed documentation of data correction and merging processes
  • Provide regular updates on progress and any challenges encountered during the data management process
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelors degree preferred
  • Additional certifications or coursework in data management is a plus
  • Experience in financial services is a plus
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to use online resources effectively to verify and correct data
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear attention to detail
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines
  • Fast learner, able to master new concepts, theories, ideas, and processes with ease

Salary: $20 / hour
