We design, develop, and deploy technologies that change our world, fund start-ups across industries, and partner with leading global research organizations and universities to solve problems.As a Travel Coordinator for Jump Trading’s Gift City office, you will focus on coordinating seamless travel for our APAC based employees, in tandem with our core travel support function. As a part of the greater Workplace Services team, you will also provide a white glove approach to employees, contribute to team and location-wide events, assist teams with administrative needs, and so much more.
What You'll Do:
- Travel focused responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics with travel, hotel and corporate housing vendors
- Support tracking of APAC travel via Concur and Jira; manage travel itineraries as needed
- Communicate traveler volume and activity with Global Workplace Services, PeopleOps and management
- Partner with internal groups to connect employees visiting the APAC offices with local counterparts in order to have a productive trip to the office/city
- Be a local point of contact for all things Workplace Experience and work closely with an array of workplace vendors
- Travel Booking Systems : Experience with online travel agencies, Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and other booking platforms like Concur, Sabre, or Amadeus.
- Ensure that travel policies and procedures are followed, including budgeting guidelines, travel safety protocols, and company-specific policies.
- Support the team in resolving travel-related issues or discrepancies that may arise during the planning or execution phases.
- General Workplace Services responsibilities:
- Serve as an ambassador of Jump’s culture, keeping our core values always in mind
- Write, review, and distribute location and/or company-wide communications via Slack, Email or Confluence
- Be proactive and take ownership over maintaining the space, coming up with ideas and solutions, including working with building management on any facilities related needs
- Collaborate effectively with the Workplace Services team, participating in team meetings and on-going projects
- Act as a team player by assisting other groups, jumping in on conference room coordination, and covering the front desk as backup when needed
- As needed, assist with administrative support for other departments including but not limited to light accounting support, compliance document maintenance, new hire onboarding, etc.
- This position requires an early shift, with the potential for occasional weekend remote coverage.

Skills You’ll Need:
- At least 3 years of experience in travel support and/or office administration, with general travel knowledge being highly desirable
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Experience booking domestic and international air and hotel
- Experience with Concur a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills – an upbeat, client service, can-do attitude
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Team player, able to take direction as well as show initiative
- Good judgment with respect to sensitive subject matter – able to uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Reliable and predictable availability including the ability to be onsite five days a week
