At Trustpilot, we're on an incredible journey. We're a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world's largest independent consumer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust!

Trustpilot is entering an exciting new phase of growth in the United States. As we continue to scale our presence and impact, we are looking for a US Growth Marketing Lead to help execute and accelerate our B2B and B2C marketing efforts in North America.

This is a 12 month contract, reporting to the VP of US Marketing, with the potential to convert to a permanent role.

This role sits at the center of the US marketing engine, focused on executing high-impact, data-driven marketing programs across the B2B buyer journey, while supporting post-sale adoption, engagement, and expansion. You will partner closely with US Commercial, RevOps, and Global Marketing teams to ensure marketing activity is aligned to commercial priorities and market opportunities.

You will also support the growth of Trustpilot’s consumer brand presence in the US, contributing to earned and owned initiatives, and helping activate B2B customers as advocates who amplify Trustpilot’s value through their own channels.

While this role does not include direct people management, you will act as a senior individual contributor and functional leader within US Marketing, providing guidance, collaboration, and support to junior and mid-level team members, and contributing to a high-performing, outcomes-focused team culture.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive revenue growth in North America by leading B2B marketing initiatives that significantly expand Trustpilot’s presence, awareness, and penetration in a high-potential market.
  • Ensure message consistency and channel orchestration across all marketing channels (paid digital, webinar and in-person events, content, lifecycle, email nurture).
  • Design high-impact pulse campaigns around global product announcements and key tentpole moments.
  • Accelerate Commercial outcomes by delivering high-quality MQLs, pipeline creation/acceleration, and marketing-attributed revenue across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
  • Build out the US events strategy (sponsored, owned, in-person, digital)
  • Manage US Marketing program budget
  • Rigorously set targets, track progress, report on outcomes, and learn and adapt from insights
  • Develop and scale programs that activate B2B customers to amplify our brand, tell their stories, and advocate for Trustpilot
  • Initiate innovative B2B2C activations that leverage the reach of our B2B customers’ own audiences to grow Trustpilot brand awareness and affinity among US consumers
  • Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and prioritization guidance to the US marketing team
  • Help shape a high-performance culture centered on clarity, accountability, and measurable impact.
  • Own US reporting, analytics, and performance insights to guide investment decisions and optimize outcomes.
  • Apply market and competitive intelligence to sharpen US positioning and messaging.

Who you are:

  • A strong track record of driving B2B SaaS marketing performance, including lead generation, pipeline growth, revenue outcomes, and customer expansion.
  • Experience creating and deploying successful Consumer brand campaigns, particularly via B2B2C motions
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, with the ability to balance brand-building and performance-driven execution, especially in the face of ambiguity.
  • Experience leading multi-channel, full-funnel marketing programs in a highly competitive landscape.
  • Deep understanding of US go-to-market dynamics and the unique competitive pressures of the US B2B SAAS market, especially within the context of AEO/GEO and LLMs.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines.
  • Outstanding communication skills — capable of representing Trustpilot externally and crafting narratives that resonate with US businesses and consumers.
  • Analytical rigor with a passion for turning insights into measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Adaptability, decisiveness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, rapidly scaling environment.
  • A passion for Trustpilot’s mission and a commitment to building a symbol of trust for the AI era.

What’s in it for you:

  • A competitive base salary ranging from $170,000 to $190,000 gross per year. This range doesn’t include any variable pay such as bonuses, awards made under Trustpilot’s equity program or other benefits
  • A range of flexible working options to dedicate time to what matters to you
  • 20 vacation days + 2 personal days +10 paid holidays per year
  • Two (paid) volunteering days a year to spend your time giving back to the causes that matter to you and your community
  • Rich learning and development opportunities supported through the Trustpilot Academy and Blinkist
  • Full health insurance
  • 401k matching your contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 4% of your base salary
  • Discounted club membership at Life Time Fitness
  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Plan and full access to Headspace, a popular mindfulness app to promote positive mental health
  • Paid parental leave for employees who have been employed for over 6 months with full scope of benefit after 12 months
  • Regular opportunities to connect and get to know your fellow Trusties, including company-wide celebrations and events, ERG activities and team socials
  • A friendly, open office complete with a foosball table, roof deck with wifi (rooftop meeting anyone?!) and unlimited snacks and drinks
  • Communal lunch, extra treats and events during the month —  think ice cream carts, coffee bars and massages, to name a few

Still not sure?

We want to be a part of creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive world of work for all. We’re excited to hear about your experiences along with how you will contribute to our working culture. Even if you don’t feel you meet all the requirements, we'd still really like to hear from you!
