We are seeking a forward-thinking Vice President of Demand Generation for our US market expansion to build and scale our customer acquisition engine.Expanding into the US market is one of our top strategic priorities. Building on our success in Europe and our position as the global leader in consent management, we are now poised to unlock the potential of this fast-growing market, capturing the regulation-driven opportunities in the US, the growing demand from both companies and end users for greater control over data flows, and supporting with our product portfolio expanding from a Consent Management Platform to a full Privacy-Led Marketing Platform.

You will own the US demand generation strategy across all self-serve channels — from paid search, YouTube, and paid social to lifecycle marketing, product-led activation campaigns,  community-led growth and more - being responsible for self-serve revenue in the US market. At the same time, you will support our sales-assisted motion, partnering with Sales to fuel account-based programs and lead gen for mid-market and enterprise opportunities.

This is a role for a customer-obsessed leader who thrives at the intersection of product marketing, performance marketing, ABM, pipeline creation and acceleration, and lifecycle growth with responsibility of achieving self-serve revenue goals and contributing to sales-led pipeline targets for this market’s expansion. 

You understand the nuances of marketing measurement in a privacy-first world and are passionate about how data privacy is reshaping marketing and measurement.

Your Tasks

Demand Generation:

  • Ensure all programs are deeply customer-centric, rooted in understanding user journeys and product adoption behaviors.

  • Use voice-of-customer insights to inform demand gen and lifecycle strategies.

  • Lead the US demand generation strategy with a strong focus on acquisition, conversion, and activation through both self-serve/ PLG and sales-led motions.

  • Test and scale high-velocity customer acquisition channels across paid search, YouTube, ABM, field marketing, and emerging channels.

  • Build lifecycle programs to drive activation, conversion to paid, upsell, and expansion.

  • Launch and optimize integrated campaigns that combine content, community, and product-driven growth loops.

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Partnerships, Sales, Data teams, as well as other Marketing teams.

  • Monitor, optimize, and report market share, brand awareness, CAC Payback, funnel conversion rates, ROAS, pipeline velocity, and ad spend for the US market. 

  • Deliver predictable, measurable pipeline and revenue for both SMB and enterprise segments

Leadership & Team Building:

  • Build and lead a multi-disciplinary marketing team.

  • Create a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, Partnerships, and Sales teams to drive a holistic GTM approach.

  • Serve as a strategic leader within the company for our US market expansion, developing playbooks to scale in other regions.

Serve as a market evangelist: shaping how we position data privacy not just as compliance, but as a strategic lever for modern marketing performance.

You Bring

  • 8+ years in SaaS marketing, with strong experience in both PLG/ self-serve and sales-led businesses at scale.

  • Demonstrated ability to launch and scale demand gen in new markets, ideally with US-focused experience.

  • Strong customer-centric mindset; able to deeply understand user behaviors and convert insights into growth.

  • Product marketing experience: translating product value into compelling demand and lifecycle strategies.

  • Experience in generating demand through digital marketing channels, lifecycle marketing, ABM, and product-led growth programs.

  • Passion for data privacy and its role in reshaping digital marketing, and marketing measurement specifically.

  • Strong leadership with experience building and scaling cross-functional teams. Track record of hiring, inspiring, and scaling teams in high-growth SaaS environments.

  • Strong collaborator with Product, Data, and Sales teams.

Comfortable partnering with C-levels and representing the company externally.
