VIE - Contract Information 
  • Dates: January 1st 2026 (earlier if possible) to October 31st 2026 (renewable).
  • This position is open as a “VIE” , a program by Business France for French citizens between 18 and 28 years only. 
  • MONTHLY REMUNERATION: €3,200 (non-contractual allowance set by decree and order, which may vary depending on the evolution of the reference scale, the location of the assignment, and any deductions provided for by the regulations)

Our Talent Development team designs innovative people products & frameworks that put every Doctoliber in the driver's seat to perform and nurture their career evolution. Join us and help shape the future of talent development at Doctolib! You'll drive initiatives that empower our 2,900+ Doctolibers to thrive in their careers and contribute to building the healthcare we all dream of. Partner with managers and Doctolibers to enable career growth that serves our healthcare mission. Foster entrepreneurial mindset while providing caring, expert guidance using digital tools and user-centered design.

 

What you’ll do

As a Talent Development Partner, you will actively shape projects that give Doctolibers the right tools to perform, assess their competencies and unlock their development goals.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

1. Product Ownership (40%)

  • Define and implement critical “Moments that Matter” in the Doctoliber experience, shaping how performance, development, and career evolution are supported and celebrated.
  • Lead our Quarterly Review as Product Owner, continuously evolving it to foster meaningful, high-impact conversations on performance and development.
  • Transform individual development discussions into high-impact career moments, empowering Doctolibers to actively shape their growth journeys and internal mobility

2. Strategic Project & Change Management (30%)

  • Drive and steer Talent Development projects, aligning with Doctolib’s vision for performance and development.
  • Innovate and refine our development product suite the processes and tools supporting development discussions
  • Animate and enhance the Career Hub, ensuring content excellence, resource relevance, and visibility of clear, actionable career paths for every function.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional project teams, mobilizing passionate Doctolibers and fostering a culture of co-creation and ownership.

3. Business Partnership & Local Enablement (20%)

  • Work closely with HR, Managers, and HRIS teams to ensure our approach is consistent across the company while also meeting the specific needs of each country / department.
  • Support our advisory on career paths, competency development, and growth strategies for our departments and countries, supporting succession planning and internal mobility.
  • Monitor and report on career evolution trends, using data and analytics to inform and refine the Talent Development roadmap.

4. Communication & Engagement (10%)

  • Design and maintain engaging internal communication channels, from intranet pages to cross-country updates, ensuring all Doctolibers are informed, inspired, and empowered.

 

Who you are

  • Graduated in Business or Psychology, or a related field
  • Fluent level of English and ideally German 
  • A first experience of at least 1 year in Human Resources, People Development, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills in English and French and/or German
  • Perseverance to achieve set objectives and is results-oriented

  • Have a genuine interest in HR development and talent management innovation
  • Are analytical, rigorous, and detail-oriented
  • Demonstrate a positive mindset and passion for supporting others' growth
  • Enjoy working in international, multicultural environments
  • Have experience with product management or change management

  • Interview with Charlotte, the Talent Development Lead
  • Business case with Charlotte, Talent Development Lead and Anne-Lyse, Talent Development Senior Lead
  • Final Touchpoint with Jordan, Director of People Development & Culture Team
