What you’ll do

As a Visual Designer (Social Media), Marketing, you will be responsible for designing and iterating upon the execution of Consensys’ social media marketing initiatives across its suite of products. Working closely with your creative counterparts in the marketing team as well as the social team, you’ll raise the bar for the creative quality of our marketing efforts through work such as social media campaigns, evergreen social content, short-form video, and more. And to do so, you'll bring with you robust knowledge of web3 culture, a healthy appetite for memes and pop culture, deep understanding of social media platforms and their nuances, and be curious, creative and intuitive with a commitment to creating work that resonates with the highly-engaged crypto community.

How You’ll Do It

  • Conceptualizing, designing and iterating on ideas that create engaging moments for our users on our social media channels across our different products
  • Collaborating with the creative, design, and social media teams to deliver experiences that achieve brand and messaging goals
  • Ensuring brand design systems are adhered to throughout the development of creative work
  • Thinking strategically and empathetically about user outcomes

Would be great if you brought this to the role

  • 3-5 years relevant experience with a focus on social media, preferably at a design firm or advertising agency
  • Expertise and/or formal education in design and creative direction and its process of ideation, creation and production
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms and the nuances and quirks of each
  • Experience working with scalable design solutions across executions ranging from images and typographic treatments to video and animation
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a passion for the creative craft

  • Gets excited about web-based and technology experiences

  • Has knowledge and experience in the blockchain/web3 space

It’s a bonus to have

  • Experience in motion design
  • Experience with 3D graphics software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, and Spline
  • Experience with remote work tools like Slack, Notion and Google suite
  • Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • International experience or experience working with global teams

The salary range for US-based candidates only will be determined throughout the interview process depending on experience and skills.

US pay range (not including bonus, equity or other benefits)$80,000—$105,000 USD
