VP, Global Demand Generation

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Global Demand Generation to lead our global Demand Generation team to generate pipeline for new customer acquisition and expansion. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy that drives pipeline growth and revenue across global markets. Focused on data and results, you will lead your team to achieve targets for Stage 1 opportunities. Reporting to the SVP of Revenue Excellence, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing leadership, with deep expertise in integrated campaigns, global demand programs, paid acquisition, SEO, website operations, content, creative, and brand management.

The VP, Global Demand will manage a team of leaders, covering global demand, growth programs, brand and content and the website studio.

What you'll do:
  • Deliver quality marketing-sourced pipeline
    • Meet quarterly and annual goals for marketing pipeline targets
    • Drive all demand generation channels to drive results, measuring the effectiveness, performance, and ROI of marketing spend across all paid and organic channels
    • Maintain a feedback loop between sales and marketing to optimize MQL generation an improve early-stage sales conversions
    • Build a scalable demand generation function that drives predictable pipeline results by leading a high-performing team of specialists
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and execute a global demand generation strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and growth targets.
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for integrated campaigns, global demand programs, paid acquisition, website operations, content, creative, and brand.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
  • Integrated Campaigns & Global Demand Programs
    • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns that leverage multiple channels, including digital, social, email, and events.
    • Develop and manage global demand programs that drive pipeline growth and accelerate the customer journey.
  • Paid Acquisition & Website Operations
    • Oversee paid acquisition strategies, including PPC, display advertising, retargeting, and other digital advertising initiatives.
    • Optimize website operations to enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and support lead generation efforts.
  • Content, Creative, & Brand Management
    • Lead the development of compelling content and creative assets that resonate with target audiences and reflect the company's brand identity.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    • In partnership with your Marketing Operations partners, utilize analytics and data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of demand generation efforts and optimize for continuous improvement.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline impact.
    What you'll bring:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
    • 10-15 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles, with a focus on B2B SaaS, and 5+ years in leadership.
    • Expert in developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand generation programs and campaigns across all channels.
    • Proven experience in leading and scaling global marketing teams.
    • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, digital advertising, content strategy, and brand management.
    • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and web analytics tools.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
    • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
    • Proven track record of building strong cross-functional relationships and trust between marketing, sales, operations, and finance
