• Structure end to end warehouse operations, then bring warehouse operations to the next level by leading and optimizing all facets for maximum efficiency (receiving, put away  storage, picking, packing, and shipping)
• Craft and implement SOPs and best-practice playbooks, ensuring seamless workflows
• Define and track key success metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Inspire and guide the warehouse ops team towards a culture of excellence
• Coordinate inbound and outbound transports for e-bikes and parts with precision
• Assume the pivotal role as the primary contact for freight forwarders

• Showcase your prowess with a proven track record in warehouse operations  management.
• Navigate seamlessly through ERP/WMS software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Netsuite) and Gsheets/Excel.
• Harness strong analytics skills to extract valuable insights from data.
• Communicate effortlessly at the intersection of operations, supply chain, and hardware.
• Strike the perfect balance between a structured big-picture approach and meticulous detail orientation.
• Approach challenges proactively with a hands-on mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch, with English as a valuable bonus.
