About The Role:This role is responsible for owning and leading the Workforce Staffing Recruitment department across all HelloFresh Markets and is a global role with responsibilities across UK, Germany and France. The role will involve partnering with local leadership teams to drive strategic recruitment initiatives, and delivering on long term workforce plans. Responsible for managing and leading multiple Recruitment teams across HelloFresh markets, providing a standardised and streamlined approach while ensuring that KPI’s are delivered. This role will act as a key enabler for HelloFresh’s recruitment needs, ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are provided to both our internal and external partners.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Managing and developing a large team of colleagues across multiple markets, ensuring optimum performance is achieved and that the KPIs are met in full and on time.
  • Dealing with day to day queries from Colleagues – liaising with local HR, Training Teams as required.
  • Take ownership of strategic recruitment initiatives and operational KPI’s, driving the necessary actions and helping the organisation to prioritise accordingly.
  • Managing budgets and implementing cost efficient and scalable recruitment practices.
  • Analyse data, market trends and other inputs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, taking ownership of creating an action plan from conception to delivery, prioritising an agile and collaborative approach.
  • Data analysis, trending analysis, and preparation of hourly, daily, monthly performance reports.
  • Undertaking problem solving activities and escalating to the Associate Director where necessary.
  • Championing key Company strategies; initiatives – eg: Colleague Happiness Surveys; Diverse & Inclusive working; Colleague Wellbeing.
  • Working with our shared service centre who will deliver administration task for all recruitment activities
  • Role modelling the Company’s DNA and ensuring that these are followed by the team.

Who You Are:

  • Experience of recruiting at a global level. 
  • Leadership and people management experience is a must with the ability to train, grow and invest into the workforce.
  • Experience in managing global and regional teams. 
  • Track record of successfully managing a complex global stakeholder landscape.
  • Strong Talent Acquisition and recruitment mindset: you have experience with implementing recruiting best practices and delivering ambitious hiring plans.
  • Own strategic recruitment initiatives and operational KPIs, driving the necessary actions and helping the organisation to prioritise accordingly.
  • Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with key internal and external partners.
  • Experience managing complex budgets and implementation of cost efficient and scalable recruitment practices would be advantageous.

Location: This role can be based at any of the following HelloFresh locations in UK, Germany or France. With the requirement and flexibility of traveling to other international offices when required.
