• Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of our internal control system as part of our compliance framework. 
• Assist in controlled documentation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. 
• Support the finance team in streamlining workflows and improving efficiency. 
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to internal control policies.
• Help identify areas for improvement within the internal control system and suggest solutions to optimize performance. 
• Conduct research on best practices in internal controls and compliance.
• An interest in compliance topics is a plus! 

• You are enrolled at a German college or university, preferably in a relevant degree program (business administration, finance, economics, or another related field).  
• Your way of working is structured, and you have an affinity for working with software.  
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in German and English. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.   
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge or coursework related to compliance or internal controls is a plus.
• You are also interested in a long-term collaboration of up to 20 hours per week.
