As a working student for the Relationship Management team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the financial sector by supporting the bank relationship managers. This role requires a person who is highly service-oriented, possess excellent attention to detail skills, and has a genuine interest in financial topics.You will work closely with a diverse team of relationship management professionals that manage and are the direct communication lines to our partner banks. Our team helps grow and expand the bank's performance backed by strong analytics, operations and working students.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting the relationship managers with their banks requests
• Taking ownership of daily operational tasks and manage them efficiently to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Creating and maintaining documentation and product configurations
• Developing a strong understanding of our partners, systems and reporting.
• Develop a strong understanding of our partner banks
• Analyzing and prepare reports and presentations for key stakeholders, both internal and external.

• Currently pursuing a degree in finance, business administration, economics, marketing, or a related field.
• You are enrolled in a German university and can work for 15-20 hours per week for at least 1 year.
• Highly service-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in financial topics and markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Jira, Miro, Confluence. 
• WordPress proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous internship or work experience in banking, finance, or customer service is a plus.
• You live in Berlin 
• Proficient English and French, Italian or German language skills
