Are you a student looking to kickstart your career in a fast-growing, global company? We’re searching for a Working Student Sales Development to join our vibrant team in Hamburg. As part of our Account Development Team, you’ll get hands-on experience in sales while supporting the community within our office. You’ll play a key role in driving our mission to create a more trusted digital world, and we can’t wait to help you discover your potential with us.

In this role, you’ll work approximately 20 hours per week, with 80% of your time dedicated to sourcing commercial leads and 20% supporting office management and organizing team events. We’re excited to have you contribute to our team’s success and build your career with Trustpilot.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Research and identify potential commercial leads
  • Gather and qualify contact information using lead-generation tools
  • Maintain accurate lead records in our CRM system and ensure seamless handoff to the sales team
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead sourcing strategies
  • Organize team events and contribute to office management tasks
  • Act as a point of contact for community initiatives within the office

Who you are:

  • A fluent German speaker with strong communication skills in English
  • Motivated by sales and eager to develop your commercial skills
  • Organized and able to balance sourcing tasks with community management
  • Proficient in using Google and Microsoft products
  • A team player who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Available to work 20 hours per week and committed for 12 months
