The Role
As the Workplace Experience Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and maintaining the employee experience at Pantheon’s Manila office. This in-office position combines human resources with office management and facilities oversight. You will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives, ensuring a positive and productive workplace, and managing the daily operations of our Manila office. This position requires an individual who can seamlessly blend HR expertise with operational efficiency to support our growing team.
What you Need to Succeed:
- Human Resources:
- Support the Human Resources function for the Manila office, aligning with organizational strategy and company values.
- Assist in developing, communicating, and enforcing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local employment laws.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance evaluations, compensation reviews, and offboarding.
- Manage employee relations with confidentiality, professionalism, and a focus on fostering a positive work environment.
- Partner with leadership to implement and manage quarterly performance evaluation processes.
- Support local recruiting efforts in collaboration with the Talent team.
- Organize and lead employee engagement activities to promote teamwork and a vibrant office culture.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health standards and maintain a safe working environment as per registration under rule 1020.
- Bring a passion for creating a welcoming and efficient office environment and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Facilities Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Manila office, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained workspace.
- Manage office supplies, kitchen inventory, and amenities to create a comfortable and efficient work environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for building services and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain the reception area, greet guests, receive packages, and ensure all visitors have a positive experience.
- Assist with meeting setups, breakdowns, and provide support for office events and functions.
- Partner with Finance and Accounting to manage payroll-related administrative tasks and maintain accurate financial reporting.
What you Bring to the Table
- 3-5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in managing HR operations.
- Proven experience in facilities management or office administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local employment laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence others.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A proactive problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
- Experience in a start-up environment or in an organization headquartered in the U.S. or Europe is a plus.
- Flexibility to be on-site from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
