spplitt is looking for a CoFounder with HR skills to assist us in onboarding clients and conduct a pilot program. We plan on focusing on startups. We want to help them borrow/lend workers on a short-term/freelance basis. We also want to give them access to skilled and experienced founders on a day rate as they grow their company. This way they can save money and hold on to equity.

We currently have 12 startups in the London area who have shown interest in spplitt to borrow and lend workers. We hope to help businesses across all sectors in the UK through these challenging times. There is tremendous potential for our concept and we are looking for a pro-active team member to join us and help us grow.

  • Onboarding new customers
  • Pursuing new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  • Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
  • HR experience and familiarity with employer/employee relations

This position will require a flexible time commitment. We can create weekly and monthly goals and milestones to achieve and work towards that.

This is an equity only position until we raise a round of funding. We are currently talking to an investor.
