Customer Marketing Manager, Add-Ons Cross-Sell (d/f/m)

We are seeking an experienced Customer Marketing Manager to lead the Apps Add-Ons cross-sell marketing strategy for Personio. This role will develop an integrated campaign strategy & content calendar roadmap focused on acquiring high quality app leads from the current 10K+ Personio customer base. You will identify app ICPs, segments & personas to deliver targeted messaging that reaches the right customer, with the right message, at the right time.Role Responsibilities: What you'll doBuild integrated campaign strategy for app cross-sell to drive leads from the Personio customer base
Develop creative content, execute campaigns, measure performance and rapidly iterate to achieve aoo lead targets
Run campaigns across all customer channels including in-app, email, web landing pages, webinar, community, sales outreach, events and more
Own app cross-sell lead target setting, measurement, reporting and plans to accelerate growth
Work with the Product Led Growth team to explore building new data driven in-app access points to drive app awareness at relevant moments
Deeply understand the different app customer segments, their unique pain points and craft messaging showcasing how Personio uniquely can solve their needs
Use MarTech stack (i.e. SFDC, Hubspot, groove) & CMS systems to build content at scale & run the operations to execute self-serve campaigns that are both 1:1 & 1:many.
Enable growth manager sellers with resources to drive conversion such as 1:1 outreach templates, product content, target account lists, competitive differentiation, improved lead scoring and more.
Experience: You have 3+ years of experience in a Customer, Product or Growth Marketing role, where you successfully drove new product adoption attach rates within a large existing customer base. Ideally you have hyper-growth B2B SaaS HR experience but that is not required.
Impact: You set aggressive but achievable targets, you are results driven and are comfortable with regular measurement reporting
Data driven: You use data & customer insights to inform campaign targeting and ongoing optimization
Customer obsessed: You always put the customer experience first. You deeply understand their needs, use cases, and pain points which informs when & how you introduce Personio solutions
Influence: You have strong presentation and verbal skills and are able to adapt how you communicate to best reach and engage your audience—from software engineer to CEO. You will write compelling copy and clear internal docs.
Builder: You are comfortable building a new cross-sell marketing function and thrive in fast paced environments where you are doing things for the first time at the company. You have a builder mindset and enjoy solving new problems and building scalable processes.
Organized: You can prioritize tasks and responsibilities across many projects that involve many stakeholders. You ensure alignment across teams and can effectively build strategy & execute.
Team work: You are energized by building relationships with people from different backgrounds and with different roles and geographical locations. You will collaborate across the large Marketing, & Customer teams so you will be able to work with a range of disciplines to execute your work.
