YOUR MISSIONYou will be a key member of the sales operations team, working hand-by-hand with the Global Sales & Automation leader, Regional Sales Ops, and Head of Sales of each market. At Glovo, it is in our DNA to do more with less, and your job will be to optimize the sales department across all our markets.THE JOURNEY

  • Work directly with key sales leaders on critical strategic, organizational and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity and operational efficiency

  • We love data and want you to build and implement sales analytics and business intelligence which will enable the global sales organization to successfully execute on selling strategies, build greater customer intimacy, and achieve sales goals

  • Structure and execute on projects by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing final recommendations

  • Analyze and determine key insights from key business drivers, trends and operating metrics. Translate data into insights and actions

  • Take advantage of large amounts of structured data to understand how to optimize our sales strategy and customer segmentation

  • Work with and influence cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Product, People Operations and Customer Experience

  • Develop sales leadership dashboards, presentations or documentation, to communicate results in a succinct, easy-to-understand manner, to all levels of the organization

YOU'LL BRING TO THE RIDE
  • Professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or equivalent project management experience in a technology/media company

  • +5 years working in a similar role (Sales Operations, Program Management, Business Analyst, Technology Consulting), driving decisions and processes across different internal groups.

  • Strong experience with Salesforce

  • Emphasis on process standardization using strong documentation and diagramming skills.

  • Experience with Sales GTM - acquisition, account management, and support processes, systems (e.g., CRM, reporting), and datasets.

  • Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written - comfortable speaking to all levels of the company

  • Experience driving cross-functional projects end-to-end.

  • Exemplary problem-solving experience and best practice application.

  • Experience with Excel, SQL, R / Python, Salesforce and other visualization tools is a plus
