Your daily workout

  • You are the go to person for all people-related matters across the employee life cycle for our team in North America
  • You partner with our global HR function in Germany to support the successful implementation and execution of our people strategy and processes in North America, including local adaptations where needed
  • You support hiring managers in the full cycle recruiting process (from creating job ads and selecting the best recruiting channels, to interviewing, up to the final decision) to attract and select the best candidates for our open roles
  • You are responsible for all administrative HR processes, such as bi-mothly payroll processing via our software TriNet, creating and administering documents and managing employee benefits and absences
  • You support managing our office facilities in Denver, Colorado, including order management (office material, services), office equipment and office safety
  • You contribute to our team culture in North America (e.g. by organizing after work events and team summits)

Your fitness level

  • You have 3+ years of relevant experience in the field of HR, preferably recruiting or HR administration 
  • You have your PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification (not required, but highly preferred)
  • You are a strong communicator across all levels and able to ensure a good information flow as well as to deliver your message in a compelling and convincing way
  • You are well structured, able to prioritize and you keep a cool head also in stressful situations
  • You are hands-on and your positive can-do attitude is infectious
  • You are able to work on-site in our office in Denver at least 3-4 days per week 

Your training goal for your first 6 months

  • You are a well-established point of contact to the North America team and everyone appreciates the collaboration with you
  • You have a good understanding of our existing HR processes and are able to execute them independently
  • You established good relationships also with our global HR team in Germany
  • You have hired successfully for at least 2 open roles

The equipment we provide

  • You will earn an annual salary of $75,000 - $85,000
