Role Responsibilities: What you'll doSalesforce Administration (Start: 01.02.2024, Munich):
- Automation and optimization of processes
- Support different Stakeholders by creating analyses and reports
- Support in the administration of our tool landscape and gain valuable insights (e.g. Salesforce)
- Assurance of CRM data quality as well as execution of data imports
- You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced team
- You will contribute to the development of innovative products and data-driven insights
- You will gain company-wide insights by supporting cross-departmental projects and working with different stakeholders

We are looking for a working student with a strong, hands-on mentality eager to tackle various tasks to support the development and execution of our company's strategic initiatives.Hard Skills:
- Currently pursuing a university degree in a related field (preferable Master in Business Informatics, Informatics, or a comparable course of study)
- You have a strong interest in software and experience in running various analyses
- You already have experience with software products and with Excel and/or Google Sheets
- You ideally have experience in Salesforce, certifications are welcome
- English is required, as we are a European company
- You bring an independent and self-reliant work style with a strong hands-on mentality
- Showcase a mindset, including problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative abilities, as well as curiosity and a desire to learn more
- You show a high willingness to continuously and actively develop your knowledge
- Your way of working can be described as independent, structured, and careful
