With our product, businesses can collect, manage and document user consents on websites and apps, and achieve full compliance in accordance with global privacy regulations while facilitating high consent rates and building trust with their customers.We are excited to be expanding our company with a distinguished Sales Team, and we are therefore looking for an Account Development Representative to fill one of the key roles in our Prague office. The Account Development Representative will be a quick learner with strong listening and negotiating skills, responsible for lead generation and development. Their efforts will help us extend our global reach and impact on the International market of Consent Management.

Your Tasks

  • Developing a solid working knowledge of our products and the benefits they provide to potential customers and partners
  • Being the first point of contact and performing warm outreach, putting outside-the-box thinking to work to develop new and unique sales tactics
  • Handling incoming queries and establishing initial client relationships through a variety of channels (company website, LinkedIn, phone, email, online demo platform etc)
  • Ensuring all accounts are provided best in class product consultation to ensure their successful journey over the product usage from the trial usage to production 
  • Design industry-specific outbound efforts in order to engage with the key accounts in order to book meetings with them and ensure increased conversion of the accounts from trial usage to a full-blown subscription
  • Working with a CRM system and keeping the information and activity flows up to date

You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • At least 6 months of experience in Sales or similar area
  • Excellent English language skills, both written (email/messenger communication) and spoken (phone calls, video conferences, events participation)
  • Good understanding of the industry specifics
  • Ability to adapt to changes in role and responsibilities
  • Strong ability to connect with diverse individuals, fostering positive and lasting relationships with partners and internal connections
  • Proficient in analyzing business opportunities and reading situations accurately
  • Capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills, effectively managing tasks and priorities
  • High-energy and motivated approach to work
  • Strong interest, knowledge, and passion for technology, innovation, and the industry
  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills, with a desire to work closely with colleagues from various teams within Usercentrics
