As a Sales Executive at Glovo, you will be a key representative of our company’s sales team, responsible for creating a pipeline and signing up local stores around the city and country.
The Commercial team is directly responsible for partnering with both smaller local stores and bigger brands to display them on our Glovo platform. You will work with the support of a sales team and a local Sales Manager.
THE JOURNEY
- Build a partner portfolio from scratch and negotiate the best partners in your city to deliver it to our customers
- Focus on Sarajevo and Mostar regions followed by other cities in which Glovo operates
- Lead from the front in closing deals, on-boarding them for your city’s partners
- Meet monthly objectives defined by the Sales Director
- Coordinate the Sales Plans defined together with the Sales Manager + Marketing team + Key Accounts Sales
- Constantly searching for new opportunities in terms of new partners coming to the market
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Sales hunger is a must! You may never take a no for an answer.
- Overachieving targets is a must you are a highly motivated, results-driven professional
- Previous work experience in a startup / high-demanding environment is preferred
- Impossible is not Glovo, you make everything happen
- You are a methodological fast learner who is familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc)
- 2 to 3 years hands-on sales experience, key contacts in the industry is a plus
- Strong communication abilities with ability to influence and drive change”
- A high level of interpersonal and influencing skills, an empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude
- Ability to adapt selling techniques to different client personalities and organizational structures, demonstrating a flexible and dynamic approach
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Fluency in English & Bosnian languages
