The Team
  • The U.K. & Ireland are our domestic and most mature markets. Departments include commercial, operations and marketing, and teams in the UK&I partner with global departments such a product, technology and consumer.
The Role
  • Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our team based in Leeds. This is a rare opportunity to become an important member of a growing, well-funded startup. You'll partner with restaurants, to cultivate existing relationships and help them increase their online sales. This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys building relationships.
  • The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of accounts across the North East & North Yorkshire.
What you'll do
  • Grow relationships between Deliveroo and our restaurant partners both face-to-face and remotely
  • Improve restaurant performance through data analysis and industry knowledge to maximise order volume and growth potential through Deliveroo
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of partnership
  • Partner with our restaurant and rider operations teams to improve operational efficiencies
  • Work with marketing teams to accelerate restaurant order growth
  • Improve and present new ideas to increase Deliveroo growth and efficiencies
  • Be a local expert for your area. This means knowing the restaurant industry inside and out, and being the face of Deliveroo to the restaurant industry
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in account/relationship management (or similar)
  • Comfortable understanding and using data
  • Experience achieving targets
