We are looking for a versatile Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations to join our creative team focused on using data to create better experiences for our customers. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, you will partner with leadership in other go-to-market functions to agree on processes to provide outstanding campaigns across all channels. You will be both a specialist and builder, coming up with creative solutions to meet our business needs.
You will use a broad range of technical skills and project management experience to help marketers exceed their goals. By working with every team in the company – you will gain a unique perspective, identifying synergies and opportunities.
The impact you will have:
- Partner with our field and regional marketing teams to develop scalable, customized digital experiences
- Analyze existing data and historical trends to provide early insights into best practices and trends on landing pages and email campaigns
- Help the account-based marketing programs by building ways to target specific accounts with more targeted outreach and tailored content
- Drive creation and adoption of new processes and deploy solutions to the entire organization
- Work with the business owners to load balance the flow of campaigns and emails to enhance outcomes
- Be the best practice center between our US and International technology teams - sharing updates, strategy and insights
- Be the central MOps touchpoint for high visibility projects and lead the check-ins to provide a well orchestrated execution
What we look for:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy & operations either in-house or at a marketing agency
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent working experience
- Advanced proficiency with Marketing Automation systems (Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua); Marketo Certification (MCE)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Proven experience managing and developing a team
- Proven track record and comfort with a swiftly changing landscape.
- Proven track record of scoping and implementing tech-enabled solutions to meet business needs and drive growth
- Working knowledge of the current and emerging marketing technology landscape (Marketo, On24, LeanData, Knak, etc.) and platform integrations
- Excellent Stakeholder Management and relationship building skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work on many projects simultaneously
