As a key leader within our B2B Strategy & Operations team, the Business Intelligence Manager will be responsible for developing scalable analytics solutions, and promoting a data-driven culture. This role requires a balance of technical data expertise, business acumen, and leadership, ensuring that insights are both accessible and actionable for stakeholders across B2B sales, marketing, and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in business intelligence, reporting and data analytics, with a passion for mentorship and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize BI solutions, refining data processes to enhance insights and decision-making.

Translate business needs into scalable dashboards, reports, and analytical models for strategic decision-making.

Mentor and educate teams and stakeholders on BI best practices, tools, and data-driven strategies.

Ensure data integrity and reliability, managing reporting databases and identifying improvement opportunities.

Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, business opportunities, and operational efficiencies.

Collaborate with Data Engineering to maintain serviceable data models and ETL processes.
What We’re looking For
-
6+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or strategy, preferably within digital, e-commerce, or B2B environments.

Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.

Foundational knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS) to ensure data is structured for accurate reporting.

Strong mentorship and leadership skills, with a passion for teaching BI concepts and enabling teams to become more data-driven.

Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing reporting solutions, ensuring data is both accurate and business-relevant.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams and drive alignment across teams.

Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting data-driven insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
