About the Role

As a key leader within our B2B Strategy & Operations team, the Business Intelligence Manager will be responsible for developing scalable analytics solutions, and promoting a data-driven culture. This role requires a balance of technical data expertise, business acumen, and leadership, ensuring that insights are both accessible and actionable for stakeholders across B2B sales, marketing, and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in business intelligence, reporting and data analytics, with a passion for mentorship and process improvement. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize BI solutions, refining data processes to enhance insights and decision-making.

• Translate business needs into scalable dashboards, reports, and analytical models for strategic decision-making.

• Mentor and educate teams and stakeholders on BI best practices, tools, and data-driven strategies.

• Ensure data integrity and reliability, managing reporting databases and identifying improvement opportunities.

• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, business opportunities, and operational efficiencies.

• Collaborate with Data Engineering to maintain serviceable data models and ETL processes.

What We’re looking For

• 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or strategy, preferably within digital, e-commerce, or B2B environments.

• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.

• Foundational knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS) to ensure data is structured for accurate reporting.

• Strong mentorship and leadership skills, with a passion for teaching BI concepts and enabling teams to become more data-driven.

• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing reporting solutions, ensuring data is both accurate and business-relevant.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams and drive alignment across teams.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting data-driven insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
