As a Business Process Owner (BPO) in Sales Operations, you’ll be at the center of process optimization, cross-functional alignment, and scalable solution delivery. Your work will eliminate inefficiencies, streamline tools, and ensure all revenue-generating teams are operating toward shared goals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead strategic Sales OKR initiatives end-to-end—from solution design through to rollout and training—driving growth and efficiency across our Outbound Tele Sales and Field Sales motions in multiple European marketsServe as the key liaison between cross-functional stakeholders (Sales Leadership, Analytics, Enablement, Tech Platform, Finance, Growth, etc.), translating business needs into scalable, technical solutions
- Support the scale-up of Outbound Tele Sales by designing the sales tooling architecture, managing integrations, optimizing campaign workflows, and implementing AI-powered initiatives that enhance lead management and data tracking
- Drive the evolution of Field Sales operations by stabilizing critical processes, such as improving commission models management, defining logistics workflows, enhancing lead-deal tracking systems, and supporting new interface features launches
- Play a central role in go-to-market expansion for new product launches, ensuring operational readiness across all relevant sales channels and regions
- Lead multiple complex projects autonomously, leveraging deep knowledge of lead-to-cash processes, tools, and automations to identify pain points, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement
- Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders, acting as the go-to expert within forums and ensuring alignment, timely decision-making, and collaborative delivery
What we’re looking for:
- 4-6 years of experience, including 2-3 years in project management or business consulting, ideally within fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Proven track record in improving sales processes for outbound or field sales teams in companies with 300+ stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with no-code automation tools (e.g. Make, Zapier), CRMs (e.g. Salesforce, Marketing Cloud), and emerging AI platforms (e.g. Langdock, Clay)
- Skilled in business tool evaluation, technical scoping, and collaborating with engineering teams through development cycles
- Strong analytical capabilities, proficient in SQL, Snowflake, and Excel for data analysis and performance reporting
