Elastic is seeking a Campaign Associate to join our growing team in Global Campaigns. Global Campaigns at Elastic consist of email nurture, account-based marketing, SEO, SEM, digital events, digital advertising, and site merchandising. The global campaigns team integrates key messages in all of these channels, for an aligned strategy to reach the right people with the right message at the right time in their journey. This key role will be significantly involved in global campaigns for our search solution along with localization execution.

The campaign associate will be focused on acquiring, supporting, retaining, and converting prospects and customers. You will play a critical role in executing tactics into the global campaign strategy. We’re looking for someone that’s technically curious, unafraid to challenge themselves, and has a keen interest in understanding our business and the customer’s journey.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Support detailed project plans and documentation to monitor and track progress against a schedule. Partner with Web, Design, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Content, and Paid Media teams to execute the campaign and continually optimize it.
  • Prioritize and track down content and assets required for projects in the project plan.
  • Own end-to-end execution of the buyer journey across channels (email, digital advertising, web etc.). Collaborate on campaign initiatives to drive marketing qualified leads and pipeline.
  • Support the creation, development, management, promotion, and reporting of our Global Campaign webinars aligned to our search product solutions as well as our getting started webinars.
  • Become a SME with On24 webinar platform and develop a process and self-serve models to create automation and scale for more webinars by any team as needed.
  • Maintain global campaign localization for each product solution. Partner with localization team to localize all campaign content in tier 1 and tier 2 languages.
  • Support meetings and maintain agendas, meeting notes, and actions. Coordinate and communicate tasks, timelines, and priorities related to campaign execution.
  • Report on performance. Identify ways to measure and report on success of projects through analytics tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce, Tableau, etc.).
  • Improve the process. Collaboratively work to optimize the buyer journey and acquisition framework to drive efficiency and effectiveness and fulfill pipeline generation goals.
  • Regularly analyze email nurture performance, report and present findings and insights with the goal to optimize existing flows and propose new high impact flows.
  • Partner with marketing operations to ensure proper lead flow, troubleshooting integration issues, and SFDC reporting for sales team.
What You Bring Along:
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record to execute campaigns and see them through launch, while making time to contemplate and reflect on where and how to improve. Familiarity with campaign management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to lead meetings and drive alignment
  • Strategic, critical problem solver who isn’t afraid to get into the weeds, and is also able to view projects from a larger perspective as well; real passion for problem solving
  • Ability to build effective work relationships at all levels of the organization, influence behavior, and lead change
  • Fluency in English
Bonus Points:
  • A preferred candidate will thrive when planning campaigns and working with teams remotely that include Elasticians around the world.
  • Experience using project management tools such as: GitHub or Monday.
  • Experience using marketing operations tools such as: Marketo, Salesforce, On24.
  • Metrics driven and analytical, experience with Tableau, Google Analytics, or other tools a bonus.
