This is a high-impact leadership role where you will manage our most strategic product team, defining the gold standard for how the digital world handles data privacy and user trust.
Your Tasks- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and execute the long-term roadmap for our core CMP, ensuring Usercentrics remains the global benchmark for privacy-led marketing.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, scale, and inspire a high-performing team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, "Innovation with Purpose," and data-driven decision-making.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary bridge between the Product organization, Engineering, Design, and the Executive team to ensure seamless delivery of high-priority initiatives.
- Market Leadership: Stay ahead of the global regulatory landscape (GDPR, DMA, CCPA) and market trends to turn compliance requirements into competitive advantages for our customers.
- Operational Excellence: Drive the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, ensuring our CMP remains scalable, secure, and user-centric as we continue to grow.
- Commercial Impact: Partner with Sales and Marketing to translate complex product features into compelling value propositions that drive retention and market share.
- Proven Leadership: Extensive experience in Product Management leadership (Director or Senior PM level), ideally within SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech environments.
- Strategic Depth: A track record of scaling complex B2B products and managing high-stakes roadmaps that balance technical debt with innovative new features.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using data to validate hypotheses, measure product health, and influence strategic pivots.
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to articulate a clear product vision to both highly technical engineering teams and non-technical executive stakeholders.
