THE TEAM

You will join our Operations team, which is responsible for our operational tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The job aims to manage the finance department technically and disciplinarily and control and monitor all commercial processes.Your tasks will include: 

• Reviewing and submitting annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS, monthly financial statements, budget and forecast planning and cash management.

• Technical and disciplinary management and further development of the team.

• Contact person for internal and external auditors and processing of ad-hoc inquiries from management and the parent company.

• Provision of crucial figures and monitoring of operational KPIs.

• Active partner in the company's implementation of SAP.

• Strategic / Consultant & Sparring Partner for Management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Finance specialist/expert in relevant field. 

• Two years minimum experience as a Team Lead Experience.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Experience with coordination.
