As an instructional designer on the Learning and Development team, you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders and think holistically to design and develop innovative and engaging learning materials and resources for Talent Management-related programs and initiatives.

The impact you’ll have:

  • Provide instructional and graphic design support for Talent Management team programs and initiatives.  
  • Provide program support for Talent Management team programs and initiatives, as required. 
  • Manage program job aids and resources for employees and managers. Proactively partner with stakeholders to ensure content is updated and accurate.
  • Support management of employee-facing web (Unified Home) pages, ensuring content is updated and accurate, and design is brand-compliant.
  • Support the Career Programs Director with timely updates to career ladders and architecture.
  • Own management of L&D course catalog, including maintenance schedule and leading updates for content as needed.

What we look for:

  • A bachelor's degree in graphic and/or instructional design or equivalent.
  • You can work independently with end-to-end instructional and graphic design tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, and Elementor).
  • You proactively take ownership of managing projects with internal stakeholders from conception to completion
  • You generate ideas for new projects and seek limited guidance in developing project plans
  • You effectively triage your own workload and realign focus and required resources as needed
  • Demonstrated experience in course creation, including supporting materials for a global audience. 
  • You are actively engaged in developing new and complementary skills in order to reinforce your own expertise and demonstrate the ability to use those new skills
  • You proactively engage in forward-thinking and innovative projects or initiatives across the business or within the industry
