The Challenge:At Take-Two Interactive Software, our Instructional Designer will play a pivotal role in leveraging our tools and enhancing the learning experience for our people.
This role will support the development of engaging, effective learning experiences for our people. You will design training, improve training delivery and provide valuable insights into industry best practices and trends. This role will strategically partner across the enterprise to enhance collaboration and streamline resources across our global footprint. Your work will be crucial in ensuring a flawless transition to more interactive and engaging learning programs.
What You’ll Take On:- Define and detail specific learning objectives. Create instructional design and development of learning programs enterprise wide.
- Perform detailed research and collaborate with subject matter experts. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) on course design and development to translate business content into learner-centered experiences.
- Build world-class instructional materials, including courses, curriculums, and training manuals.
- Design content to optimize learning experiences.
- Generate innovative layouts for learning supports. Apply adult learning theories, instructional design, and creative approaches to develop digital and instructor-led learning solutions.
- Develop visual, audio, and interactive learning tools. Produce and edit micro-learning videos as part of blended learning approach.
- 5-7 years instructional design experience, with 2+ years of experience designing solutions for a large geographically dispersed workforce.
- Ability to provide consultation and exercise accurate discernment to support synthesis of ideas.
- Strong collaboration skills with a focus on crafting high-quality educational content.
- Fluent in instructional design theory and practical application.
- Strong technical skills including experience with graphic design, video editing, micro-learning, and gamification.
- Experience in Adobe Captivate, Articulate or other course authoring software.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in learning technology.
- Background in graphic design or multimedia content creation.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone).

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $100,200 and $148,320 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
