Zuora University (ZU) is a highly collaborative, fast-moving team responsible for creating product training for customers, partners, and internal ZEOs. As a P2 Instructional Designer, you will support the development of digital learning content, work closely with senior IDs and subject matter experts, and contribute to building engaging, accurate, and learner-friendly product training.

What You’ll DoAs a P2 Instructional Designer, you will:
- Partner with subject matter experts to gather course content, confirm content accuracy and test courses created.
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, engaging, interactive, innovative, technically accurate training.
- Create assessments to check comprehension.
- Ownership for courses created, update course content to reflect product releases or based on learner feedback.
- Stay up to date with the product features, add-ons, and new releases.
- Deliver instructor-led training on respective product lines in different time zones.
- Support product updates by revising existing courses and ensuring alignment with new features and releases.
- Use AI tools, storyboarding templates, and authoring tools (Articulate Rise/Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia) to create and refine content.
- 2-3 years of experience in instructional design, content development, or related fields.
- Understanding of instructional design fundamentals (learning objectives, structure, assessments, engagement strategies).
- Hands-on experience with at least one eLearning authoring tool (Articulate Rise/Storyline preferred).
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Ability to follow structured processes, meet deadlines, and manage multiple small tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
