• Improve Referral Experience: Understand, own, and enhance the referral customer journey, translating user needs into seamless digital experiences.
• Strategic Design: Navigate both strategic and tactical design lenses, balancing long-term vision with the need to continuously deliver customer value.
• Multi-Brand Coordination: Design referral experiences that are consistent and effective across multiple HelloFresh brands.
• Collaborative Partnerships: Build strong relationships with Product Owners, Engineers, other Product Designers, Content Designers, and User Researchers across different squads, Tribes and Alliances to drive design concepts into iterative deliverables.
• Inspire Innovation: Inspire your peers and fellow designers through your craft and design execution, constantly sharing and requesting feedback to socialize design solutions.

• Extensive Experience: Proven product design experience in B2C environments, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to transition from discovery to execution in an iterative approach, with a knack for strategic product design thinking.
• Passion for Design: A deep passion for creating seamless and holistic user experiences with great attention to UI and interaction details.
• Design Systems Knowledge: Experience working with and contributing to design systems, showing a strong understanding of information architecture and content hierarchy.
• Tool Mastery: Proficiency in Figma and other digital design and prototyping tools.
