Logistics Projects - Mid Analyst

Our Logistics & Supply Chain team plays a key role in ensuring our products reach merchants quickly, reliably, and efficiently across multiple regions. We partner closely with Operations, Finance, Product, and regional teams to continuously improve transportation, warehousing, inventory, and last-mile processes. Our goal is to build scalable logistics solutions that support SumUp’s global growth.
In this role, you’ll work with senior Logistics and Supply Chain stakeholders to lead strategic initiatives, optimise processes, and deliver data-driven insights that improve operational performance worldwide.
What you’ll do-
Lead and prioritise incoming project demands from Logistics & Supply Chain stakeholders across regions, balancing speed, impact, and quality.

Own and improve logistics process domains, driving scalable operational solutions and integrations.

Analyse complex operational challenges to identify root causes and end-to-end improvements across transportation, warehousing, inventory, and last-mile operations.

Design, monitor, and optimise KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics to support decision-making.

Translate operational data into clear action plans and strategic recommendations for senior, non-technical audiences.

Manage cross-functional, multi-regional projects, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, governance, and communication.

Partner with senior stakeholders to define prioritisation frameworks, success metrics, and long-term transformation roadmaps.

You have strong experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations project management.

You are skilled in structured problem-solving methods such as root cause analysis and process mapping.

You are comfortable leading multi-regional initiatives and engaging senior stakeholders.

You excel at requirement gathering, project scoping, prioritisation, and presenting insights.

You are proactive and independently identify risks and improvement opportunities.

You are comfortable working with data, dashboards, and KPIs to support decisions.

Experience with continuous improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.

Experience with logistics systems (WMS, TMS, ERP/SAP) or cloud data platforms.

Familiarity with process automation or digital transformation initiatives.

Experience working in global or matrix organisations.

Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday, or Smartsheet, and methodologies like Agile or PMBOK.
