Marketing Web Analyst (d/f/m)

As the Web Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding how prospects and customers engage with Personio’s various multi-language websites. Using your data analytics skills and a test and learn mindset, your role is critical in enabling and informing teams with your data analysis and user-research.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll doAnalyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to test hypotheses and determine the most effective content, design, and user flows
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, bounce rates, time on site, and goal completions
Segment and analyze user data to understand different customer journeys and behaviors
Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to implement data-driven improvements to the website and digital experiences
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web analytics and conversion rate optimization
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive increased website engagement, lead generation, and sales
3+ years of experience in an analyst or digital marketing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS
Expert in web analytics tools such as (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude,Tag Manager)
Strong data visualization skills with experience using tools such as Looker Studio, Domo, Power BI and Tableau
Proficiency in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests in tools such as VWO, Optimizely, Unbounce
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and web development
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data sets into clear and actionable insights
