As the Web Lead, you will be responsible for creating engaging and high converting web experiences by overseeing the strategy, roadmap and optimization of Personio's multi-language websites - the shop windows of our company.
You will devise and lead a strategy that requires ongoing cross-functional collaboration to ensure a cohesive and impactful online presence that supports the company's overall marketing and growth objectives.Role Responsibilities: What you'll doDevelop and implement a holistic web strategy that aligns with Personio's brand, marketing, and business goals
Manage and motivate a diverse team of skilled web managers, developers and web analysts as well as freelancers and agencies when required.
Create a web experience with best in class UX for new and returning visitors.
Efficiently manage and utilise the web budget
Steer the SEO strategy to secure top organic search rankings for high-value keywords and effectively generate organic leads
Ensure the website is technically best in class, scalable, and optimized for performance
Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and impact of AI to continually enhance the website's effectiveness
Provide regular reporting and insights on key metrics and build a clear visualization of user journeys
5+ years of experience in a web lead or senior web manager role, preferably in a B2B SaaS
Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing B2B websites to drive business results (Pipeline, Revenue, User Acquisition)
Excellent understanding of web design principles, user experience, and Content Management Systems
Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, MixPanel) and A/B testing tools
Fluency in English, in addition German language would be great
Experience in the HR software category, PLG strategies or personalization strategies would be a huge bonus but is not essential
