We are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager - Acquisition for our growing Partner Marketing Team! As Partner Marketing Manager for Acquisition, you will be responsible for driving the inbound and acquisition strategy for Integration partners, Affiliate partners and Channel partners. You will work collaboratively with both the Partnerships team and the Marketing team to ensure that there is alignment between the needs of the partnership team leaders and the marketing acquisition efforts. You will be supported by the team of Partner Marketers and a Partner Business Developer but ultimately responsible for the acquisition and launch of new partners across all partner programs.

Your Tasks

  • Oversee and support the community-led partner recruitment efforts executed by an external agency. Work closely with the Partner Business Developer to ensure KPIs are on track and provide all materials/assets needed for the agency to be successful.
  • Execute demand gen inbound marketing campaigns for generate demand for the Consent Management API to acquire new integration partners.
  • Support Partner Business Development with partner acquisition strategy across all partner motions leveraging marketing campaigns, materials and promotions.
  • Support Partner Managers in identifying and acting on opportunities with existing partners to approach their network of prospective partners.
  • Drive the acquisition efforts of the newly launched Affiliate program to increase the base of new affiliates among digital marketing content creators and existing partners.
  • Plan and execute the marketing campaigns for launching all newly acquired partners.

You Bring

  • 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role/ field marketing role at B2B SaaS company.
  • Previous experience working with technology partnerships or affiliate marketing programs.
  • Nice to have: 1 year experience in account based marketing
  • Demonstrable knowledge of marketing campaigns planning, channels and tactics for successful campaign execution, especially websites, email marketing, and various digital sales collateral.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Comprehensive project management skills and stakeholder management skills with ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders efficiently through the project lifecycle.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the partner buyer persona and SaaS business models. 
  • Industry knowledge: where our audience is, what they are interested in. 
  • Effective communication with internal stakeholders to get buy-in and support on projects.
  • English language fluency (C1 or above), German language skills is a plus.
  • An interest in the privacy landscape and willingness to learn about Consent Management.
