As a People Associate, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting top talent across Lithuania, while also supporting our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in the UK and US markets. Your efforts will be integral in creating a positive experience for both candidates and employees. Additionally, you will oversee various office management tasks in our Lithuanian office, contributing to the smooth operation of our workplace.
What you will do:
Talent Acquisition:
- You will act as a full cycle recruiter by seamlessly sourcing, attracting, and managing the entire recruitment process for top talent in Lithuania, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and offers.
- You will assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for the UK and US markets.
- You will coordinate the pre-onboarding process to ensure new hires have a positive experience.
Employee Experience:
- Assist in developing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a sense of connectivity and belonging.
- Support retention programs to maintain a motivated and committed employee base.
Office Management:
- Help oversee daily office operations, ensuring the workspace is welcoming, efficient, and well-organized.
- Coordinate office maintenance and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Develop, plan, and execute office perks and events to enhance the workplace environment and employee satisfaction.
What you will bring:
- 2+ years of proven experience in talent sourcing with a basic understanding of IT roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in both English and Lithuanian.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, colleagues, and hiring managers.
- High level of curiosity and awareness of trends and changes in local labor markets, allowing you to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in an international and/or IT company is highly desirable.
- Experience using Greenhouse or similar recruitment tools is a plus.
