We are seeking an experienced Platform Program Manager to drive the planning, execution, and communication of strategic technical programs and projects. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities, and maintaining seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
This role will be based in our New York, NY office.
What you’ll do:
Planning & Strategy:
- Partner in the roadmap planning of initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities
- Validate and align the domain plan with stakeholders’ expectations
- Define objectives, goals, and KPIs, ensuring they are on track and well-measured
- Develop cross-functional work plans, including milestones, goals, and timelines
- Ensure all program dependencies are mapped and managed effectively
Execution:
- Drive and oversee cross-functional efforts with full accountability; become a domain expert
- Track and ensure the progress of key initiatives, raising red flags when necessary
- Foster stakeholder engagement and alignment
- Proactively manage timeline and resource risks, with effective mitigation plans
- Lead and manage the change management process
Transparency & Governance:
- Establish effective communication channels across teams and stakeholders
- Prepare and run structured reviews with corporate management
- Generate monthly status and KPI reports
- Facilitate communication with third-party vendors, ensuring alignment and collaboration
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years with a Master’s degree, or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional programs in a technical environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated expertise in change management and risk mitigation

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
The annual base salary range for this position is: $160,000 - $180,000.
