As a Platform licensing Program Manager, you will oversee large, cross-functional licensing programs that have a direct impact on Payoneer’s long-term business success. Your focus will be on program ownership, strategic alignment, and process governance across multiple teams and domains.
This role requires exceptional leadership to drive cross-functional collaboration, influence decision-making at all levels, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential for aligning diverse teams, balancing competing priorities, and ensuring smooth execution of large-scale licensing initiatives. Additionally, analytical skills are critical for identifying trends, assessing risks, and leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making, anticipate challenges, and proactively solve problems before they impact program success.
What you’ll do:
This role provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders, enhance transparency, and optimize delivery outcomes while working within the domain teams in our ongoing effort to achieve execution excellence. As such, this role will focus on:
- Program Ownership: Lead end-to-end execution of strategic licensing programs that span multiple teams and domains.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, GTM, etc.) are aligned and working toward shared objectives.
- Risk & Dependency Management: Identify and mitigate cross-domain risks, constraints, and dependencies to prevent execution bottlenecks.
- Process & Governance: Maintain governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and tracking frameworks to ensure visibility, accountability, and execution excellence.
- Strategic Impact: Drive measurable outcomes, ensuring that licensing programs contribute meaningfully to business growth and product scalability.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional programs or large-scale projects within complex, global software environments. Atleast 2 years out of them in the licensing/regulation areas.
- Strong understanding of regulatory, technical and business processes, with the ability to bridge the gaps between diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, with exceptional communication and influencing skills.
- Extraordinary team player with the ability to foster collaboration, build trust and drive collective success.
- Proven track record of prioritizing and delivering high-impact complex initiatives aligned with company goals and regulatory guidelines.
- Experience in FinTech licensing projects, software development life cycles, Agile methodologies and product management frameworks is a strong.
