We’re looking for a Product Lead to own the end-to-end user experience across our mobility platform from sign-up to post-ride. You'll drive strategy, define the roadmap, and deliver high-impact features that delight users and scale our business.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to shape how people move through cities.

Deine Verantwortung

  • Define and lead the product strategy across the entire customer journey.
  • Use data, user feedback, and business needs to shape the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with the Design, Engineering and Growth teams to deliver user-centric solutions to life. 
  • Represent the voice of the customer through feedback loops, NPS insights, and research.
  • Define and track key metrics like onboarding conversion, booking rates, and support volume.
  • Lead A/B tests and use results to drive product decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align product with the company goals.

Dein Profil

  • 5+ years in product management, ideally in B2C, shared mobility, transportation, or marketplaces.
  • Strong UX and Product Sense
  • You’re comfortable with SQL, Amplitude, or similar tools.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can rally teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus).
  • Bonus: Experience in CX optimization, a passion for urban mobility and  MILES user yourself.
