Lead Technical Product Manager (x/f/m)
What we do
Join a team of passionate and hardworking entrepreneurs to transform healthcare!
Working in the product team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams.
What you’ll do
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to lead the platform teams responsible for the build and test product solutions including but not limited to continuous integration, functional testing frameworks, load testing, development environments, shared environments for integration and pre-production.
The Platform domain mission is to build and maintain the common building blocks of our system with a "Platform as a Product" mindset. We abstract and simplify the use of these complex, critical components, enabling product teams to focus on their core mission: building products faster for healthcare professionals and patients. You will lead high‑impact product initiatives that improve engineering efficiency, accelerate tech modernization, and raise the bar on software and system quality—balancing rapid iteration with robust governance, security, and compliance Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Lead three platform teams working on build and test solutions to define vision, strategy, and roadmap for products used by 600+ engineers.
- Influence without authority across the platform organization to align multiple platform teams (infrastructure, applicative, security) on shared goals; ensuring cohesive solutions that serve the broader engineering ecosystem.
- Define the vision, success metrics, and own the product strategy for build & tests product bricks to improve developer velocity, quality and the scalability of our platform in adequacy with Doctolib’s goals.
- Champion platform adoption and developer enablement: design onboarding experiences, documentation, and self-service capabilities that reduce time-to-value for engineers.
- Drive discovery-to-adoption for platform innovations: identify bottlenecks in the software delivery lifecycle, run experiments and PoCs, validate impact on key metrics (e.g. build time, test coverage, deployment success rate), and scale successful patterns across all engineering teams.
- Apply platform engineering best practices (e.g. platform as a product, DevEx research, AI) to drive innovations
- Our solutions are built on a single fully cloud-native platform that supports web and mobile app interfaces, multiple languages, and is adapted to the country and healthcare specialty requirements. To address these challenges, we are modularizing our platform run in a distributed architecture through reusable components.
- Our stack is composed of Rails, TypeScript, Java, Python, Kotlin, Swift, and React Native.
- We leverage AI ethically across our products to empower patients and health professionals. Discover our AI vision here and learn about our first AI hackathon here!
