An Important Note about Wayfair's In-Office Policy:

This position is based in Boston and the employee will be expected to commute to the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with Mondays and Fridays remote.

We are looking for a product manager to join our Sales Technology team. Sales Technology at Wayfair owns all of the tools and experiences used by hundreds of sales people to generate $3 billion dollars of our top-line revenue. We do this across two primary programs – Wayfair Professional, our business-to-business offering (think Contractors, Interior Designers), and our inbound Consumer Sales & Services team (think Design Services, shopping help for complex items like large appliances). 

As the PM in this space, you will be responsible for helping us bring to life a brand new set of customer experiences that make shopping & managing a project (think a home renovation, new hotel opening, office refresh, etc) seamless for our business and consumer customers. 

What You'll Do
  • Partner with senior business and technology leaders to identify, understand, and solve the biggest challenges facing customers trying to shop & fulfill projects with Wayfair & Wayfair Pro
  • Define the vision for project shopping tools that can drive 3x growth in our B2B business.
  • Define product requirements in collaboration with cross-functional and cross-department teams.
  • Partner with the engineering team to drive timely and smooth execution by participating in sprint rituals like grooming, planning and retrospective.
  • Drive go to market for your products in partnership with internal or external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain product roadmap along with constantly monitoring the success and measuring the impact of your products/features.
  • Influence the evolution of Wayfair's strategy for serving project shoppers. 
We Are A Match Because You Have:
  • 3-5 years building software products at scale and with measurable impact
  • Experience with B2B SaaS product mgmt is preferred, as your work will be used by customers and sales teams to work together efficiently on projects. 
  • Track record of effectively partnering with engineering, analytics & design to build high-impact, products & features. You know how to think about customer-level adoption of features and build towards a holistic experience.
  • Ability to keep up in highly technical conversations, with experience leading products and ability to think and act both tactically and strategically, with experience leading cross-team initiatives.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a strong ability to conduct rigorous customer (internal or external) interviews and convey the "why" behind product decisions. 
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to dive deep into data and produce actionable insights.
  • Ability to work with and influence partner teams (Senior Manager +) across various functional areas.
