What can you expect as Sales Manager?
- Work as a Sales Specialist and build up your customer base in the world of technology companies through B2B-acquisition by phone, social networks, trade fairs, etc.
- Generate impact: Recognize the potential of your customers and explain the advantages of our individual technology consulting to them
- Act as Customer Relationship Manager and look after your own customer base throughout the entire business process, both by telephone and on-site at the customer's premises
- As a team-oriented project manager, take on responsibility for your project team members and support them in achieving their individual goals and development
- Be part of the INVENSITY success story: Cross borders and actively expand your customer network in the automotive, rail, aerospace, medical or energy technology sectors through acquisition
- Share and expand your professional expertise: A steep learning curve awaits you through workshops and coaching sessions within your specialist department
- Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, economics, similar courses of study or comparable professional training
- Initial professional experience in sales, sales development, business development, key account management or acquisition as well as a basic technical understanding
- Enthusiasm for the "green field", where you can build up new business areas and take on responsibility
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Business fluent German and fluent English skills
- Willingness to travel for projects
