YOUR MISSION
As a Commercial Analyst at Glovo, your primary responsibility will be to transform data into insights that lead to actionable plans on how to grow Glovo's partner’s performance and drive revenue.
THE JOURNEY
- You will be part of the PLECA (PL, UA, KZ, KG, GE, AM) regional commercial team sitting in Glovo HQ and travelling to the markets.
- You will be responsible for co-developing a comprehensive commercial growth strategy, which includes supporting each local team to set targets, identifying new partnership opportunities, and developing plans to increase partner engagement and revenue. In doing that, you’ll have exposure to Partners, Q-Commerce and Brand Ads verticals of the business.
- You will be responsible for providing regular reports on Partner’s segment performance, revenue forecasting, promotions efficiency and the effectiveness of the partner growth strategy. You will also need to analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- You will be responsible for consolidating performance reports from the whole region, streamlining reporting and automating it in case of need - bridging HQ and local teams together with Commercial Leads w/in the team.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Bachelor's degree in Economic, Business, Marketing, or a related field OR you are anyway a great analyst with proven track record.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, business analytics, partner management, business development, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Experience in commercial roles is a big plus.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently or cross-functional and take initiative.
- Fluency in English.
