As a Resource and Operations working student, you will play an essential role in staffing projects, handling a variety of stakeholders and office planning. You will be part of a fast paced, dynamic environment, getting hands-on experience and learning the ins and outs of the agency world. 

This hybrid role encompasses a variety of tasks, ranging from supporting the Resource Management team to assisting with studio management.

Located in Berlin, Germany, as part of the AKQA team, you will work in an environment that fosters a dynamic and meritocratic culture, surrounded by some of the brightest minds in their fields.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Resource Management team and Finance Department by: 
    • Keeping track and maintaining key resourcing documentation and candidate data.
    • Coordinating resource bookings
    • Supporting the tracking of billability, resources availability, invoicing, the third-party management, etc. 
  • Collaborating closely with our project managers, department leads, and cross-functional teams across our European network
  • Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and optimization

QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS

  • You are currently enrolled at a German study program
  • You are passionate about people and problem- solving
  • You speak fluent English
  • You are an excellent communicator (both written and verbal).
  • You take initiative, manage tasks efficiently, and payclose attention to detail
  • You are positive, eager to learn, and thrive in a collaborative setting

EU working or studying rights are required — either through EU citizenship or a valid visa. In both cases, enrollment in a German study program is mandatory.

This is a part-time working student position, ideally starting in September 2025.
