We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for a Sr. Sales Manager to join our EMEA team. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to enhance revenue generation and market penetration. From identifying new business opportunities to nurturing existing client relationships, you will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and maintaining our competitive edge in the market. This role offers a unique opportunity to showcase your leadership skills, strategic thinking, and passion for sales in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Strategic Sales Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client portfolio and increase market penetration.
  • Sales Performance Management:
    • Set ambitious sales targets and provide guidance and support when needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
    • Provide ongoing sales training and coaching when needed to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to create informed sales strategies and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is often preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and challenging environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Professional fluency in both German and English is essential for effective communication with tenants, landlords, and team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, marketing principles, and customer service best practices.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using sales management software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
